All appointments to view should be made through Andrew Cowen. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Saturday 9.30am to 1.00pm.

All properties are to be let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and the minimum term of occupancy is six months. All applications for Tenants (over 18) and Guarantors (if required) are all subject to referencing and credit checks. Any property whereby the Landlord has agreed to accepting benefits, in full or part (top up) will need a Guarantor.

If you decide to submit an application for one of our advertised properties, each application must be completed in full, with all parts of the forms completed for each prospective tenant. This will need to be accompanied with your identification (either a passport or drivers licence) and any supporting documents we have requested for consideration before submission to the Landlord.

We will deal with applications at the first given opportunity and in some instances this may be involve numerous applications submitted on the property in question. All approved applications will be submitted to the Landlord and a response given as soon as possible. Once an application has been accepted we will proceed to our referencing process to ensure both the Tenant and Landlord are protected.
Upon receipt of successful references, we will agree to grant you a tenancy. Once this has been confirmed you will be required to pay the requested deposit monies and one months' rent in advance. This will need to be cleared and received at least 48 hours before you plan to move into the property.
