We can offer you both a Comprehensive Fully Managed Service to a simple Tenant Find Only Service for you – we are extremely flexible and helpful to your needs, as we understand landlords need this approach, indeed many landlords have a long and enjoyable relationship with us.

Once a tenant has been identified and fully referenced to your requirements, move in dates are agreed and tenancy agreements signed. Management is provided at all stages of the marketing and tenancy.
