North Bay beach and promenade is Scarborough's longest, most relaxing beach and is also a surfers
haven. Away from the bustling South Bay amusements you can enjoy the day taking in the sunshine, walking barefoot in the sand, explore the rock pools and the hilly areas all around which has hidden parks and walkways. Take a wander around to the Open Air
Theatre, Peasholm Park and boating lake, the Sea Life Centre and along to the infamous Oasis café for some proper fish and chips. Also located nearby is the Sands complex which has a convenience store, surf shop, a bar/restaurant, ATM and an ice cream shop. The
chalet itself is a great base to spend the day relaxing and taking in the sea air. With power and running
water you could enjoy a hot chocolate whilst watching a storm out at sea or wash out those buckets and spades after building a sand castle in the sun before packing up the car at the end of the day, closing the chalet behind you knowing everything is safe and dry.
